Thank you for your recent contributions, such as Draft:Human Computation Institute. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft of your article in draftspace or in your userspace first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 14:18, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Human Computation Institute

[edit]

I have moved this page from the main article area to Draft:Human Computation Institute. I consider that it requires significant cleanup to meet the requirements for an article, and if left in the main article area would be at risk of deletion. You can work on it in the draft area where it is currently located. Once done I recommend you submit it to WP:AFC for review using the template on the article. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 14:21, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I completely understand. Can you give me some tips for how to improve the page so that it will meet Wikipedia's guidelines? Much appreciated! Laurarosbrowtelem (talk) 18:10, 6 July 2018 (UTC) Laurarosbrowtelem[reply]

Yes. Firstly you need to fix the links. No external links should be in the article itself, and references should be inside <ref></ref> tags at the relevant spot in the article. Then organise headers, like == this is a header == note the = symbols. Then finally make the tone neutral, so remove all the unnecessary words like "innovation", "strives", "kicked off", "pioneer". Try to summarise the information as much as possible, the aim is to have as few words as you can. Any reliable news reports and journal articles should be added to the article as references. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 18:22, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is really helpful feedback. Thanks so much Frayæ! Laurarosbrowtelem (talk) 18:24, 6 July 2018 (UTC) Laurarosbrowtelem[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Human Computation Institute, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

Hello, Laurarosbrowtelem. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Human Computation Institute".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! —Nnadigoodluck🇳🇬 00:31, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
