Regarding your revert in Flag of Republika Srpska, please double check what you are re-adding. The press release does not state anything about "nationalistic symbols" or "6 months starting from Jan 27", please point out where you getting this, as your are pointing to the last paragraph from the press release in your edit summary of the revert and I do not see it. Oh if that was your revert then I have misunderstood you. The previous decision dating back to March of 2006, stated 6 months. All that was stated in this one was that they are unconstitutional. I am saying that it does not matter if a new flag is designed in two days or 2 months, it is still unconstitutional and illegal. The term is used to describe south american style of football, tipically Brazil and Argentina, which, I dont know if you have ever seen a football match is very different of the european . Yugo Films

Hello, me again :) But this time, I'm not a helpless wiki user (yay). If you're interested, you can help out with the List of Yugoslavian films article. It's definitely not a list of all our movies (because imdb has that) but a list of the more notable ones, the favourites, the acclaimed and award-winning ones etc. Also trying to leave out nationalistic propaganda movies (unless it's Yugo nationalism - like The Battle of Neretva, cuz that still unites us in a way heh). Anyway, if you can't think of any notable movies to add, you can create articles for the movies on there that have none yet, or the many actors that are article-less, or simply improve on what's there already. I don't think I can contribute much in terms of new content since I do not know much of the subject and have just recently starting watching the films recently myself, and becoming more and more interested, so this list will actually help me :) But time permitting, I can help with any "housekeeping", style, and simple updates if necessary though. Perhaps we should look at other similar lists, and consult with editors participating in WikiProject Films as it does seem be fairly active to get some more input if you think it makes sense this point.

With regard to my user page... on my screen it shows up just as I want it to... where my 2x4 userboxes are nicely put to the left, leaving room for my remaining vertical row of 5 userboxes and my pictures to fit side by side. However, on other screens, my 2x4 of userboxes is too far to the right, leaving no room for my 5 userboxes and pushing them down, thereby screwing up my pretty userpage :( lol. Hi. It's not necessiasary to upload images from commons, especially to just reduce the image size. You can use the image with the filename as on commons like it was already uploaded here! It was never licensed as fair use, it was always licensed via the Mozilla license. Recently (April 15, 2007[2]) someone you have changed the usage of the this license on Wikipedia as previously the license has stated "Thus, use on Wikipedia, on either articles or on userpages, is acceptable as long as all of the above criteria are met." The term "fair use images" on Wikipedia refers to any image that does not allow unrestricted commercial reuse and derivative works. Because the Mozilla license only permits use if the image's use is:

• non-confusing and non-disparaging
• not used commercially
• not modified
• not high resolution

i.e. we cannot use it for unrestricted commercial reuse and derivative works, its use on Wikipedia must meet the Wikipedia:Fair use criteria. No. 9 specifically says that, "Fair use images may be used only in the article namespace. Used outside article space, they are not covered under the fair use doctrine." It looks like someone has handled it by protecting your userpage, I have also warned the user. This is obviously a previously established older user here (I have an idea of who it is already) because I have not been very active in editing recently since I have been very busy IRL. Attribution-ShareAlike is fine (what is listed on flickr the license of the image). The description text says otherwise regarding CanadaSoccer.com, so in this case (and based on other images uploaded by author) seems like they are copyrighted. Perhaps the best thing to do is to contact the author to clarify the license. Personally, I would upload the image if I were you, as it will improve the article and license currently listed on flickr is fine, although there *might* be concerns raised by the copyright paranoid users here on Wikipedia. // laughing man 17:54, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Well, I don't think of myself as a polite person, but that's why it makes me even more glad when someone else thinks that way :-) I think that we should consider every contribution, except for blatant vandalism and rubbish as valuable and try to incorporate it into the articles. For example, when someone adds info on the ethnicity of the players that have played in Red Star back in 1991, it is not vandalism, but it is of almost no value to the reader. However, it is obvious that's not vandalism, and there was a reason from the point of view of that particular contributor to incorporate that info into the article. So, we have to be very careful and to make a balance between the significant informations and the unuseful rubbish some people try to add here. I have that problem almost all the time I am here, and that's why consensus is such a good thing. It's obvious that the editor is a new to Wikipedia (see his contribution history) and I would also be put off by the fact that I new article I created was being discussed for deletion. I think it's a natural reaction to get defensive, and instead of trying to understand that and explain what we need to do, you chastise the editor further by saying you don't appreciate his "snarky" comments. I'm sure he doesn't appreciate this whole process (or fully understand it), and your comment is just being more negative and making his experience in the AfD even worse. NDH territory

I undid your reversion on the Ustaše page concerning the territory over which the regime ruled/governed. It is misleading to say "Croatia." The so-called Independent State of Croatia did not include Istria, and Dalmatia was quickly ceded to Italy. On the other hand it did include the whole of Bosnia-Hercegovina and part of Serbia (Sandžak). This is clearly expressed in several of the books/websites cited. Joey Barton image

Hi. I'm working on Barton's article, and noticed that the Image:JoeyBarton.jpg is slightly less clearer than the same image uploaded onto Wikimedia Commons. How can I put the one from Commons on to the wikipedia article? It is probably quite obvious but I'm not sure how it's done. Any help would be very much appreciated. They are actually the same exact image! Essentially the Wikipedia image page is an "article" that simply inherits or includes everything from the commons page of the same name. The reason why one might seem clearer is that the image previews are in different resolutions, but the actual image is the same resolution. If you look on my talk page, you can see a similar problem that I had, as it seems however these high resolution images are being resized, there seems to be a quality loss. What I ended up doing was to get a resized, lower-resolution image and re-uploading it, which resulted in much clearer image.

I'm actually not sure what the "proper" way to handle this, and I'll try to look it up myself to point you in the right direction, but looking the Joey Barton article it seems fine to me. Was there an example page you had in mind that didn't look right? // laughing man 21:46, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

I really appreciate the work you are putting into the wiki articles, but I don't understand why you want the FIFA 08 information to stay so limited when so much information is available.

The updates I did today are directly from EA Sports. I will gladly send you the documents proving everything. I am not sure what makes you think I'm interested in either spamming or page rank interest. The website I'm running is just a small site with the goal to keep people informed about FIFA 08.

I think the information I added gives the reader a valued inside into what to expect from the newest release.

So please reconsider.

If you do have any information directly from EA Sports, use the EA site directly as a reference instead of your personal blog. I do appreciate your wanting to keep the article updated, but we must provide reliable sources to ensure information is accurate, especially in an article about a future release. Srpska Liga template

Hey there. I was thinking of making a Srpska Liga template, similar to {{Serbian Superliga}}. (Or you can make it, either way.) Would it be best if it's split into 4 different templates (West, East, Vojvodina, Beograd), or together as one template? Just wanted your thoughts on that. I've also recently been trying to cleanup the templates and just did some work on Superliga/Prva Liga and Superliga seasons templates, I haven't gotten to Srpska Liga yet :) I've been looking at the Football in England series of articles/templates as an example to follow the same pattern established there. After briefly looking at it now, we could expand the {{Football in Serbia}} Sprska Liga link to include in parenthesis these sub-divisions, and also have 4 teamlist templates. Let me know what you think.

Neo-Nazism in Croatia

Hello. You reverted my changes without explanation, maybe thinking I was vandalising the page. In fact, PaxEquilibrium had added a paragraph with unreferenced accusations against Croatia. He did provide a link to the Wiesenthal Center site, but I checked it and it has nothing regarding his claims. Maybe the info is not readily visible, but then he should provide a more specific reference. I told him so here. In the meantime, he was active on the Wikipedia, but didn't provide any references. Until he (or somebody else) provides them, the paragraph is simply slander and must be deleted. --Zmaj 07:01, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Well, the full name is audible in the .ogg file, it just seems the default java applet player the Commons is using (Cortado?) somehow is not properly playing it back. If you actually download the file and play it works (see vorbis.com for codecs for your platform).
