Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Appuhamy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Señor. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello

[edit]

A Very Good Day to You !!!

Appuhamy is a well balanced article written after much research by me, Appuhamy is a Ge name and a given name among the members of Govi caste, starting from around 14th, 15th centuries, but later on in the 19th century, some non Govi members used this as a part of their name, but that does not make this name belongs to other castes as well,Thanks--MediaJet talk 12:18, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Well, you have to acknowledge it then, this is the 21st century, your opinion on second rate issues is not sought, this is an international page open to all educated people. Regards! (LathNoKatha)

Clearly see the 3rd chap of this article, there I have clearly stated as below,If you like to debate on this lets do that in its talk page,Thanks

c. As a part of a personal name - Don Bastian Appuhamy, David de Silva Appuhamy, etc. can be quoted.--MediaJet talk 14:02, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! You cannot delete citations (seven) under any pretext. You should be banned from Wikipedia for disrupting others from improving an article which lacks substantial sources. (LathaNoKatha)

Dear fellow Brother/Sister

99% of this article is written by me,this was a stub with two three words when I started to write,so don't complain like this, and you may complain any admins about me if you wish, you have not be able to grasp what I said earlier,I know what Wikipedia is,and don't try to teach me that, this article is about a Ge name and a feudal title, not about the mere name Appuhamy, many people use Prince as a name but then does that imply he is a Prince, same applies here, don't try to mix up the feudal title and the Ge name with this name, most of the citations you have provided here are irrelevant to the topic,no direct connection with the subject,I requested you to start a debate regarding this in the talk page, but you didn't,anyway I don't have much time to concentrate on this article right now,I have no intention to promote my ideology or something like that, these are facts from History, this is a article hugely based on Prof Tennakoon Wimalananda's acclaimed book Udarata Karalla and some other books I came across, continue your good work assuming good faith and civility.catch you later Thanks--MediaJet talk 18:15, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

On the contrary, for example Mendis Apuhamy's illustrius ancestor was conferred in the 16th century and one line of the De Mel family gets it from the Kandyan kings, left the kindom after the Ambanwala rebellion and had lost interest in it since 1800. There is always more to history than we know or what is admitted, Regards! - NoKatha
