Speedy deletion nomination of Software Engineering Project Requirement Analysis Business Model

Normally I would just protect the page to keep you from recreating it until you either edited it so it conforms to our notability and other guidelines, or until you got tired of submitting it...but since you keep changing the name around, I have no idea what would be a good target to protect.
