Great job at Finsler manifold! I'm glad to see that someone is finally expert enough to bring that article into shape. Below is a standard canned welcome message. Additionally, you may want to visit Wikiproject Mathematics and its talk page if you need help with anything. Best regards, Sławomir Biały (talk) 14:26, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Progress
[edit]I have posted a comment at Talk:Finsler manifold. In short, I have edited the article geodesic somewhat to include the approach coming from sprays associated to nonlinear connections. Also, spray (mathematics) is now a proper article, though one that could use some work.
As for a forum for eliciting further involvement, it might be worth soliciting input at WT:WPM to see if anyone else is interested. I've started a Category:Finsler geometry. If you like, you can start by populating this with short articles (so-called "stubs") relevant to the subject. Sławomir Biały (talk) 15:55, 21 August 2009 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Geom multiplication natural.svg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Geom multiplication natural.svg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:05, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
Taylor series - GA review
[edit]You seem to have nominated Taylor series at WP:GAN (which is fine) and also started its GA review. In the instructions "How to review an article" at the top of the GAN page it says "you cannot review an article if you have made significant contributions to it prior to the review, nor can you review an article if you are the nominator" - so putting yourself down as the reviewer is probably going to cause some confusion ! I suggest you post a note at Wikipedia talk:Good article nominations explaining your mistake. Gandalf61 (talk) 18:52, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
