Your edit to YTMND says that the disclaimer is indeed referenced by the news page because it links to the front page with the disclaimer. Thing is, once the disclaimer and the scientology buzz goes away, there will be no evidence, unless Max himself brings up the events on the front page. I'm not willing to revert your edits, however, and I think I could find a historical log of the scientology front page at the Wayback Machine. I'll let you know how it goes.
