Article choice

[edit]

I saw that you chose the article Whidbey Island for your assignment. My strong sense is that that article is really just too developed. It has quite a lot of text and a huge number of references. It is listed as a Start-class but it really feels higher than that to me. My sense is that finding new articles and raising it a whole quality class, given where it is, is just going to be extremely difficult. My suggestion would be to find an article that is a true stub—think a paragraph or two (max) with a few references (max). I think you'll be setting yourself for a much easier time if you do this. —mako 00:50, 12 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm SounderBruce. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Clinton, Washington, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SounderBruce 23:41, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
