That a paper is hosted on CyberLeninka is nothing special, that's like a paper being hosted on ResearchGate or Zenodo. Those are general unfiltered repositories where you can upload pretty much anything.

I'm not a fan of ignore equal marks and ancillary jumps and throws. Just think of Crowsers big ancillary shot put throws (23.01 m, 23.11 m) in his last series in Eugene.
