Burnham-on-Sea references needed

Thanks for your edits to Burnham-on-Sea. Can you provide references for some of the claims you have made. I have added on about B & M but can't find sources for your other claims - particularly about being a retirment home for those from the Midlands - which appears to be personal opinion or original research.
