Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Don't be a prat. Do you think I can't read [1]? Three times you removed links that were not supplied by Wikidata before you realised that you needed to make them on Wikidata. The link you want for German is far inferior to the link that was manually added. Stop edit-warring and learn how to engage on the talk page.
