User talk:Kushal.panchbhai
Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Kushal.panchbhai! I have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome! Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Kushal.panchbhai. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Tarun Sharma, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em) 12:58, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
In reply to your email
[edit]As I said in my move summary that there is some outer-wiki evidence that shows you have a conflict of interest so the next good next step would be for you to disclose your COI on your userpage using {{Connected contributor}}
, and to state your COI in the edit summary for any future edits to ensure transparency, also please keep in mind that as per WP:COIEDIT you should not edit affected articles directly, but may propose changes on article talk pages instead. For more please read WP:COI. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em) 15:45, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
- Re: Maybe you should try Googling your username, to see what I mean when I said outer-wiki evidence. GSS (talk|c|em) 16:39, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Tarun Sharma
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Tarun Sharma, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ∯WBGconverse 11:04, 27 August 2018 (UTC)
Blocked for sockpuppetry
[edit]This account has been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for sock puppetry per evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Kushal.panchbhai. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. Once the block has expired, you're welcome to make useful contributions. If you believe that this block was in error, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. - Based on technical and behavioral analyses, we believe that Ricardoww (talk · contribs) is either an undisclosed alternative account or a recruited individual; both of these are prohibited. I concur with GSS that you need to disclose any conflicts of interest or paid contributions, as our policies mandate. GABgab 19:46, 27 August 2018 (UTC)
