Hello, Kunstverein64. I'm afraid the article Kwang Lee is likely to be deleted soon if it stays in its present state, for two reasons. Firstly, the article gives no sources to verify its content. Secondly, it gives no indication that Kwang Lee is significant enough to be the subject of an article. As far as I can tell from the article, she is just some artist who has got a couple of university degrees, and has worked for some years in an art school. If that is all, then she is unlikely to satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I could just delete the article, but instead I am giving you a warning here, so that if she is in fact notable, you can provide evidence that she is. Have a look at the guidelines on notability and [[WP:RS|reliable sources, to see what is needed. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 19:34, 15 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Kunstverein64. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Kwang Lee, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Sulfurboy (talk) 20:24, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Kunstverein64. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Kwang Lee, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Kwang Lee to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, Sulfurboy (talk) 17:23, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Kunstverein64. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Kwang Lee, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Lemongirl942 (talk) 11:15, 20 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
