Apgar Real Estate Score

Hi! Could you please explain why this article was deleted (on 8/15/06)? I developed this article for my client, Sandy Apgar, and he wants to know why it has disappeared and whether it can be undeleted. We are both new to the Wikipedia experience and would appreciate a response so we can improve our entries next time. This is the third time I have posted this question.
