Dear Kumar Sanu: I am responding to your entries a few weeks ago at the "List of Islamic studies scholars". I could not find an independent reference to the Persian work on Islam by the well-known Rammohan Roy, nor could I find one for the Bengali translation of the Koran. Do you know of any such references in English or other western language? If not, could you please state what references you may have (presumably in a south Asian language)? Thank you for your reply. I did look up the book you mentioned at the University of California Library and found additional information; (afterwards, I saw that you had already listed the book at a link).
