Rama Rao, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to K. T. Rama Rao, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Speedy deletion is only for clearcut cases of vandalism, and in this case you appear to be engaged in an editing dispute regarding the page.
