A Wikipedia user page is for someone who is active in working for the project to give a little information about himself or herself in connection with his or her work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a place to post material unrelated to work for Wikipedia. You are welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia if you would like to, but if you wish to produce personal web pages unrelated to work for the encyclopaedia then Wikipedia isn't the right place to do it.
