The English Wikipedia is not the right place to copy&paste your materials untranslated, especially because they are not encyclopedic articles but instead a call to action. Wikipedia is not a manual. It is also not an assorted collection of any sort of proclamations or a generic website to freely post any information on. Please use other Internet resources for those kinds of purposes.
This appears to be a press release such as the one quoted here, so even the copyright status of this text is problematic.
This information as such can easily be appropriately mentioned at the pages such as Serbs of Croatia and Human rights in Croatia.
