@GeneralizationsAreBad: CU doesn’t work at all, apparently. You have admins arbitrarily deciding someone’s a sockpuppet, making the initial link without CU such that all subsequent CU comes back Confirmed to the original innocent editor, all because an incompetent admin had an itchy finger.
