Proposed deletion of Beskids Golgota

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Beskids Golgota, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

notability not established through reliable secondary sources, no assertion of notability. John Carter (talk) 23:55, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Dear Kokorik:

Please forgive me for writing you once again, related to the photograph published here:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c9/Comet_mcnaught_sydney_2007.jpg

It is not my intention to annoy you with repeating communications, but as you already know, I want to use that photograph in commercial publishing projects.

Right now I have established a link between the photograph and the commercial webpage of mine, available here:

http://www.naturapop.com/articulos/el-gran-cometa-que-casi-nos-lo-perdimos

With this technical arrangement no reproduction is taking place and no file is being transferred. But in the future I would like to actually copy that file in order to publish it commercially by my own means, in Spanish, English, Portuguese and other languages.

Unfortunately, I have had some negative experiences with the "Creative Conmmons" and similar free licenses (people backing from the free-commercial-use of the license, vandalism concerning the true author of the photograph, etc.)

Therefore, much to my regret, I am forced to ask you and/or Mr. Gunther II a written statement granting me, if you and/or Mr. Gunther II so wish, your permission to reproduce, royalty-free, in a non-exclusive, non-time-limited, worldwide fashion, the photograph that you credit to Gunther II. I will also consider a valuable information the true name of Gunther II, if he wishes to disclose it.

I am hereby asking you and Mr. Gunther II your kind permission to reproduce and distribute that photograph in my printed book, in an electronic version of my book and in other associated mass distribution media, for example my aforementioned Internet Website. Please note and let Mr. Gunther II know that these are commercial ventures. Of course and as expected, full credit will be given where it is due and appropriate copyright claims or notices related to that photograph will be included.

Once again, please excuse me for stretching your patience and the patience of Mr. Gunther II, whatever his true name, but I would really be glad if I could count with your kind written permission and the permission of Gunther II. Thank you very much for your and Mr. Gunther II's diligent attention.

Sincerely yours,

Aldo Loup.

I will be awaiting your written reply or Mr. Gunther II's written reply at my personal e-mail address: aldoloup@hotmail.com

P. S.: In case Mr. Gunther II, whatever his true name, is not the sole and only copyright owner of the requested material so that these copyrights are shared with others, or if you do not have the legal power to grant this permission on his behalf, I would appreciate any information you can provide me about anybody else I should contact. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 186.16.19.241 (talk) 02:55, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
