Talk:Water Supply
[edit]I saw your edit at Talk:Water supply. This is not really appropriate for an article talk page and should, more properly, belong at User:Koa Wright/sandbox. Would you care to copy it to there and then delete it from the article talk page please ? Could you also sign your posts using 4 tildes at the end of your post (i.e ~~~~). Wiki assignment 3
[edit]Koa Wright
Wiki Assignment 3
Three wiki articles:
1) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_pumping "water pumping"
2) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farm_water "farm water"
3) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_in_California "Californias water supply, quality, etc"
Issues and expected changes to make with each wiki page:
1) Water pumping- What I would add to this article is more in depth details about the proven environmental impacts that pumping water has led to in some areas. Also I would add information of its importance to society. For example I could provide information on how much less human health problems arise in areas that have pump-able water.
2) Farm water- I would incorporate into the article some information relating to water rights. What laws and regulations are put into place during drought times. What do farms do in drought? Also I could look into which crops need more water than others during the grow process.
3) Water in California- Information that could be added to this article could be the effect drought has had on agriculture and how the economy can be effected by natural disasters such as drought. Koa Wright (talk) 21:46, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
