Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Cow cleaner 5000, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Revdel request
[edit]Avraham, Daniel Case, DoRD, Dweller, Elockid, Fluffernutter, Foxj, GB fan, HJ Mitchell, Julia W, Keegan, Lankiveil, MBisanz, Mentifisto, Mike V, Ponyo, Richwales, Snowolf, Someguy1221: Could you oversight all the edits made by this sock of User:Cow cleaner 5000? KATMAKROFAN (talk) 00:14, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- I also asked above for the user 'tribs be nuked. - Mlpearc (open channel) 00:19, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- I don't see how the edits meet oversight or revdel criterion. -- GB fan 00:46, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- +1 The reason for oversight are not obvious here. Daniel Case (talk) 02:32, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- Thanx to whoever did the nuke :) - Mlpearc (open channel) 00:51, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- @KATMAKROFAN: We don't suppress revisions just because an account is a sockpuppet. Unless any of the edits fall under the criteria listed at Wikipedia:Oversight#Policy, and from the ones I've looked at they don't, the oversighters cannot take action. Lankiveil (speak to me) 04:20, 8 October 2016 (UTC).
