Changes to The King Eternal Monarch

[edit]

Hi, I am undoing your change for this drama to make the flow of the narrative more organic. Discussing the criticisms right after they were pointed out in the preceding paragraph is the most natural thing to do. Besides, the criticisms lobbied at the drama were a major reason for the drama's lower-than-expected reception. Thus, it is also most natural to discuss them just before the paragraph that talked about the lower-than-expected ratings. Lizzydarcy2008 (talk) 16:45, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, hi. I understand. I didn't do it properly earlier. I aligned them properly now. I thought it was better to put the positive reception first, followed by the negative ones. This time, i made sure the flow is maintained. Kmtn1025 (talk) 19:45, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The King: Eternal Monarch revision

[edit]

I undid your revision of my edit as this is the correct format followed by Wikipedia: Good article. Music is part of the production, there is already a filming section and we can add one for Directing (if we know which episodes were directed by which director) and we can add a casting section. CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk) 17:01, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

But this soundtrack isn't just part of production. They're even sold. And I am gathering info on their performance on charts. So when that is added, it won't belong as a sub category under production. Kmtn1025 (talk) 17:19, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

How is the soundtrack not part of the production? It is not an independent album, it is made for the series. Even Game of Thrones: Season 1 (soundtrack) soundtrack are sold. CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk) 18:25, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Then are you going to make this change to all the kdrama pages? Isn't this the general format of a kdrama's wikipedia article? Kmtn1025 (talk) 18:48, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I can’t do it for all k-pages but you got to start somewhere. K-pages don’t have their own rules. All Wikipedia pages should follow the same standards and rules. There is no rule saying it has to be consistent with other k-drama pages and it is better to follow Good article standards. Music is part of the production and is made for the production. CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk) 23:03, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Currently there are two RFCs in The King: Eternal Monarch's page; RFC on Second Paragraph of Lede and RFC on Reception section. Your vote would be highly valued as you are familiar with Korea-related pages and k-dramas/TV series pages, and have edited The King's page before. CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk) 11:29, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I need time to read the entire discussion, since it's very lengthy, and cast a vote. I'll vote once I do that. Kmtn1025 (talk) 00:16, 1 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Pachinko (TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Variety.
