Berkley DACA program
[edit]Hi - I saw that you added a paragraph on Berkeley's DACA program, however you didn't source this section with any independent, reliable sources to show where this specific program is notable and should be highlighted in this much depth as far as the overall topic of DACA goes. I'm concerned that there really isn't much out there that hasn't been written by UC Berkeley or by people or organizations affiliated with them. I've removed it for the time being until sourcing can be added. Offhand my recommendation would be to create a general section about how colleges and schools are reacting to DACA and Trump's actions towards it, with attention paid to Berkeley's program and how other universities have created similar programs. - Hi! I wanted to give you some feedback on your addition. I'm a little concerned that the material is original research. One of the reasons for this is that the main source you use doesn't actually mention DACA and for the article we'd need a source that explicitly compares DACA to these other programs. This poses an issue of original research, as we can only summarize things that have already been explicitly stated by an authority in a reliable source. Another reason was that this was somewhat written in a persuasive, questioning essay style that doesn't really fit in with Wikipedia's writing style guidelines. I think that it's a good idea to include something about comparisons to these visa programs, but we'd need sourcing that specifically compares them. I've removed the content for the time being.
