I would like to create an article about my software called ePubVersion. It is a module for the Efiction CMS that creates EPUB standard eBooks using PHP.

The current revision of my software is 1.2 and can be seen here: ePubVersion

I'm not sure my software is notable enough, also if I'm allowed to create the article since I wrote the software.

Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.
