I merged the page because it was already there. There needs to be a link between the two, and neither of the articles is so long that it needs to be separate. An alternative would be to create two separate articles, one for Gavin Russom (and note that your article was wrongly created with a small "r" for the surname) and another for Delia Gonzalez, and then you can change the existing article to reflect that.
