[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with Modular home. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. BigDunc (talk) 18:10, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Myopia (band). Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. BigDunc (talk) 18:16, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
Myopia (band)
[edit]Hi - I'm deleting the page about Myopia, as it does not appear to meet our guidelines for notable bands, which you can read by clicking here. If you think that they are notable under one of those guidelines, please let me know and we can look at it further. - Philippe 18:24, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
- Can you provide a reliable source - independent of the band - to verify those claims to notability? If so, we can probably work on getting the article into shape to be readded to the encyclopedia. For instance, can you link to reliable newspaper or magazine articles about them? These generally need to be major market or significant independent publications, and can't be self-produced (as with a YouTube video). - Philippe 18:40, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
Welcome
[edit]By the way, I notice that you've never been properly welcomed to Wikipedia, so I'm going to drop a welcome template with some hints about editing just below this message. - Philippe 18:42, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit]I have moved the article into your userspace at User:Kingfelagund3211/Myopia (band) to give you the opportunity to add those sources. When you think it's ready to go, let me know and I'll take a look at it, and when it's ready I'll move it back to the encyclopedia for you. :-) - Philippe 19:09, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
