how to make an article

Type the name of the page in the search bar and search for it. There will be a link to create the article, and click it and start typing. However, make sure this is an important article. City of Heroes questions

I feel that you will get a lot of your questions answered by going to the official forums, registering an account, and asking all of your questions there. There is a much larger community at the forums that will be willing to assist you, and there are some things that we at Wikipedia may not be able to answer, and they will. Even going through the pages that CoH provides about their own game may be able to answer various questions.
