Dobie center

Thanks for letting me know about the edits! I'm not actually really sure what to do, in this instance, either. The second time he added it, I posted about it in Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard#Dobie center. It was suggested, there, that he be quickly blocked if he added it, again, but I think only wikipedia admins can block and I'm not really sure how to get their attention.

(this is the first time I've ever really dealt with such a persistent "vandal")
