[edit]Hello, I'm Bongwarrior. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Bongwarrior (talk) 04:46, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
Your claims
[edit]Hi there. First of all, we do want factual information added, but it needs to be verified. Unfortunately, we can't just "trust you". If you have independent reliable sources that back up your claims, then they must be added when you add the information. However, you may want to read about WP:COI editing, as when you write about yourself, it's very hard to maintain a neutral point of view. This isn't a battlefield, we aren't against you or part of any conspiracy to shut you down, you just have to follow the rules and not use this as a soapbox. If you have any more questions, please reply here, or on my talk page. However, please put any new comments at the bottom of the page and sign your talkpage posts by typing four tildes (~~~~). In one edit http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=AFL_finals_system&diff=662118315&oldid=625455196 you say "He submitted it to the AFL in 1994 and the ARL in 1995.", but the ARL had of course already formulated the 95 draw the previous year. Also "they eventually adopted it", in the ARL's case, 95 was the first year of a Top 8. Whilst here you say your system had a crossover in week three http://www.abc.net.au/7.30/stories/s157019.htm, the ARL in 95 didn't, in 96 it was week two. And finally, the whole thing is just two regulation and well worn top 4 systems run concurrently. All in all, the possibility of independent discovery seems quite possible.
