[edit]Hello, sorry about the confusion. I ws using a welcome template to Welcome you to Wikipedia and I think I typed in the wrong thing. It was just supposed to be a generic welcome message. Welcome! Arundhati bakshi 07:11, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
- No worries. Thank you for the links. KerryVeenstra 18:01, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
Fair use disputed for Image:Great America 2007.PNG
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Great America 2007.PNG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:26, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
- I believe that I've addressed the dispute by providing a rationale using one of the rationale templates and by restricting the image's use to the main article of the copyright holder. --KerryVeenstra 06:30, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Microprocessor: You may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. richi 23:19, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the pointer. I hadn't considered using the Talk page because user 206.40.240.149 appears to be an ISP, but on further exploration, I see how responding on an anonymous user's talk page still is useful. KerryVeenstra 14:58, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
