I have used Rater a lot since I discovered it, and then constantly every day since I discovered the fact that ratings matter. Somebody categorizes and prioritizes articles by their ratings and such. This seems to be the perfect blend between ease of use and power. It's easy as I can imagine, and it makes me want to use it. This is a perfect example of how a zillion other things should be built directly into the basic Wikipedia experience.
