Your draft
[edit]I moved your draft back to your sandbox - it's not back at User:KennethCaslib/Illnesses and Issues: California Gold Rush. While your work has potential, I don't see how it works as a stand-alone article. As Buidhe said when they redirected your earlier draft to the main California Gold Rush article, it's certainly possible to create a Disease during the California gold rush or a Racism during the California Gold Rush article, lumping them together in this way doesn't work as a Wikipedia article.
