[edit]Follow their lead: The first section gives an explanation of what animal cognition is about. It is very informative and draws me in. A clear structure: There are a ton of sections and subsections in the article. It starts with the history and research. Then the article breaks down into methods and the typed of animals. It may be a lot to take in, but every section has a purpose. The balancing act: Each section's length is of equal importance with a bit of emphasis on the definition of what animal cognition is. There are multiple viewpoints introduced throughout the article because it is such a specific topic, and there have been many different studies on the topic. It is difficult to find one person with the same viewpoint as another. Neutral content: I could guess that the article supports research on animal cognition. The article is mostly informative and not opinion based so it's hard to say the article is not neutral. The information is positive as it is fact-based. Reliable Sources: There are 140+ sources on the article. It is difficult to look through all of them, but they seem to come from reliable sites and books. Share the love: Make a completely new section on a topic within animal cognition that interests you. Most of the article is factual so it may be difficult to find edits. Look at recent changes in the field and update the article with those.(Eppersjd (talk) 17:08, 29 October 2018 (UTC))
