Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Reference errors on 9 May

[edit]

Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:28, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ken, I see that you attempted to correct a reference on the page First Folio. Please note that "access-date" is the parameter, instead of "access date" or "accessdate".  B E C K Y S A Y L E 01:06, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not cite a seller, like Amazon, as you did at Last Christmas (Doctor Who). Citing a source for something it doesn't explicitly say but rather what it leaves out constitutes synthesis. Please only cite things which you can directly quote. Regards. DonQuixote (talk) 17:11, 28 April 2017 (UTC) [reply]

Hello, KenJacowitz. You have new messages at DonQuixote's talk page.

Hello, KenJacowitz. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox/Peter Staffan Lundberg".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 05:10, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Liz, thank you for all your hard work. But please undelete Peter Lundberg. Better late than never, I must complete. Best, Ken Jacowitz KenJacowitz (talk) 06:14, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:34, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
