"Separation..." in the US
[edit]Hello, Ken. I have attempted to clarify the issue on the article talk page, please let me know if it requires further clarification--another user has added stuff that confuses the issue, from my POV. Basically, it boils down to whether one can say that the "separation..." phrase describes a constitutional principal. Some insist it does not (or, as the article now stands, only unspecified "elements of" the separation principal are in the constitution). -- BTfromLA (talk) 17:12, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
