Disclave has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this article might represent a conflict of interest or otherwise seemed to be advertising. As such, it may not be appropriate for an article. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the prod notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for consensus. Tom Doherty
[edit]I've semiprotected Tom Doherty, with a 1 month expiration. The anonymous hockey player isn't going to be blanking the publisher for a while. -- Cyrius|✎ 05:26, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

The reason I tagged NOLAcon for speedy deletion is that it is a redirect to itself. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 20:33, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

Unicon
[edit]I claim that the first Unicon was in 1975 because I went to it. As I recall, it was inspired by the WorldCon of 1974 which occurred in nearby Washington, DC. Unicon I was mostly held on campus and the use of a hotel was almost un-noticeable except that there was a "con suite" there.

A good-faith prod template was slapped on Le Zombie, dismissing it as "just a fanzine". I've added one ref, but if more could be added, it would strengthen the zombie's defenses. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:28, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Re: Star Trek (film)
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Star Trek (film), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This is particularly important when adding or changing any facts or figures and helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 12:39, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
Stephan Martinière
[edit]Hello,
I am letting you know that an article you have been involved in editing, Stephan Martinière, has been nominated for deletion as part of a series of AFDs based on the deletion nomination of List of Magic: The Gathering artists. If there is anything you can do to improve the article further, your efforts would be appreciated. 24.148.0.83 (talk) 13:03, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
