I also responded on my talk page, but just wanted to let you know that from your description, she certainly sounds notable. Sorry I hadn't heard of her before. Lots of "up-and-coming" musicians like to add links to their webpages on Wikipedia as advertising, and I don't usually take the time to sort out the good entries from the bad if they are redlinked. I feel it is up to the editor including the wikilink to do the research and prove notability. I hope this helps.
