Yamla I've asked for additional info regarding the block from Berean Hunter. This does indeed appear to be accurate. To be clear, there's no policy-based reason for the block at all, and I misspoke in my unblock decline. There is a good opportunity to point to WP:SOCK and explain the restrictions necessary when using multiple accounts, but... it looks like this user only actually wants to use one of the two accounts anyway. My sincere apologies KazMPIRE. I soft-blocked an additional account along with your two which may be seen here. A fourth account which I associated with these (yours) remains unblocked and unnamed. Is the soft-blocked account or any other account yours?
