The primary reason you're blocked is because of the creation of an attack page - which you still seem to think is a mature and appropriate action for an encyclopedia. The fact that your username seems to match just happens to be icing on the cake. Until the project is assured that you will not pull such tricks again, there's no real reason to unblock you. If you were to create a new account it would be considered to be an evasion of a validly-imposed block - it is YOU, the PERSON who are blocked.
