Request reason:
The blocking is not fair and politically motivated. This blocking made it possible to remove the pattern of violation of neutrality from the page and to fix the distorted version in favor of the Korean side. Supporting Korean Nazism is a criminal choice for the anti-Japanese resource administration. John Mark Ramseyer raised the very important issue of the distortion of history and the unfair denigration of the image of the Japanese in Western society, especially in Great Britain. And therefore, it became the subject of attacks by the Korean Nazis who are supported at the state level by South Korea. Kaustritten (talk) 19:40, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You specifically accused another editor of working for the Korean propaganda agency, KOTRA. That's pretty serious, you'll need to present your specific evidence. If this evidence might violate WP:OUTING, please use WP:UTRS. Note that general patterns of editing are nowhere near sufficient for such a specific claim on your side. You'll also need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of WP:EW and WP:NLT. Note that you are very, very, very close to losing access to this talk page, so make sure you read and thoroughly understand these critical policies before editing further. Yamla (talk) 20:23, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Important notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at Balhae, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Do not call other editors "Korean Nazis" as you did here unless you can back up those claims with reliable sources. Doing so is a very serious personal attack and will not be tolerated. Thank you. SkyWarrior 01:50, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
- A year ago, after numerous discussions, I established a neutral wording in the title of the article Balhae reflecting the real attitude to this object of international science.
Neutral and balanced.
On April 16, 2021, an unregistered account was vandalized, removing that neutral preamble. I have no physical ability to constantly patrol this article. I made an edit to change those vandals.
In addition, this article is of critical importance only for one group of people who strive to distort it by presenting only their point of view as the only correct one, rejecting a balanced and neutral point of view.Kaustritten (talk) 02:07, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
Kaustritten, I've replied to your message on my talk page. — Manticore 01:52, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
- I've replied again. — Manticore 02:00, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
- Accusing an editor of misconduct (such as sockpuppetry) without evdidence is another form of personal attack (see Wikipedia:Casting aspersions). Because it's not the exact kind of personal attack you were warned for, I'm holding off on reporting this, but be warned: If you say anything else negative about Manticore as a person, including making accusations without evidence, you can expect to have to defend your statements to administrators. -- Tamzin (she/they) | o toki tawa mi. 02:19, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Balhae. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. -- Tamzin (she/they) | o toki tawa mi. 02:21, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion
[edit]Hello. - don't manipulate wikipedia rules. I support the neutral version of the article Balhae and you organized a concerted action of three accounts against it.Kaustritten (talk) 02:28, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

Request reason:
I didn't use the site as a battleground. I have not lodged complaints about the three accounts that have been acting together against me that distorted a neutral edit to a politically motivated one. I correctly defended the neutrality of the publication and did not stand outside the productive polemic. Talk:Balhae on the contrary, the opposite side who sent a complaint against me person, used the site as a battleground on the talk page. She tried to distort the edit from neutral to her advantage.Kaustritten (talk) 10:29, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

Korean ethnic nationalism, Racism in South Korea,Hwandan Gogi, Doksa Sillon The idea of racial superiority is present in the Korean ideology of those who promote the idea that Bohai is an exclusively Korean state. also in this ideology the idea of "blood purity" is present. So I had every reason to characterize in this way the one who made the correction within the framework of this ideology. Wikipedia supports Nazism if it is directed against the Russians? Your unblock request only compounds the reason for your block. You do not get unlimited unblock requests. Excessive use of the unblock template can result in loss of talk page access. HighInBC Need help? Just ask. 10:48, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
