[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Prata - MInas Gerais has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. For image layout, take a look at the code I used to insert image thumbnails. – ukexpat (talk) 19:19, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
I saw that you moved the talk page of Prata, Minas Gerais but did not move the the article itself. That is a complete no-no, so I moved it back and then moved the article and the talk page to the above. Also, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do with the most recent text you added to the article. Please let me know and I will see if I can help. – ukexpat (talk) 21:05, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
- Katia, thank you for the message on my talk page. If you look at the article's edit history you will see that another editor has reduced the article to a stub, so that they can rewrite it. If the article has not been rewritten in the next couple of days I will follow up with that editor. Thanks. – ukexpat (talk) 19:26, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
- Katia, thanks for the follow up message. Reliable sources are one of the cornerstones of the Wikipedia project so if you have, or can find, any reliable sources that deal with the importance of Prata, please add them to the article, or if you feel uneasy doing that, post them on the article's talk page, my talk page, or on Vogensen's talk page, so that they can be added to the article. Thanks. – ukexpat (talk) 20:20, 25 June 200 (UTC)
- Katia, thanks for the additional material. I will keep and eye on the article over the next few days. I will also let the other editor know that the material is on my talk page in case it is of use to him when doing his rewrite. – ukexpat (talk) 19:56, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
- Katia, there is nothing to stop you from editing the article as you see fit provided your edits comply with Wikipedia policies and guidelines. I did leave a message on Vogensen's talk page but received no reply. So you could either be bold and edit yourself, or post a message for Vogensen or on the article's talk page and ask him to discuss. Thanks. – ukexpat (talk) 16:13, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

<--outdent: I will take a look at it and see if I can help. Just one thing - don't forget to sign messages that you post on talk pages by adding 4 tildes (~) at the end. ;) – ukexpat (talk) 19:16, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
More Prata
[edit]The article still has serious problems. You should put everything into paragraph form. Prata is not the largest city in the Triângulo Mineiro. With only 28,000 people that would be impossible. The largest city is Uberlândia, followed by Uberaba. Take a look at other articles on cities in the nearby area, such as Araporã and Canápolis, for ideas. Remember that you must have sources like IBGE or the municipal site for all of your information. Vogensen (talk) 06:44, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
Prata once more
[edit]Katia, thanks for the message. I didn't do much, but glad I could help! – ukexpat (talk) 17:11, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
