Considering that understanding the functionality of the coloniality of gender can be complex, I find this page provides a good basic idea of what it is. I think a way to improve the page would be to discuss the intersectionality of gender, race and power. A great author that could help with this is Maria Lugones, from her article called Coloniality of Gender. In addition, I think to incorporate the marginalization or two spirited people and LGBT communities is an important component when discussing the coloniality of gender. The discrimination and the violence that was perpetuated against Indigenous people that did not conform to the 'traditional' European binary genders of male or female were subjected to violence and hate from the colonizer that later isolated them from their communities. A reading that could further describe this is the Extermination of the Joyas: gendercide in Spanish California' by Deborah A. Miranda.

I think this draft is well written and the only necessary changes would be to enhance the article by discussing the intersectionalities of gender and colonization.
