@EllenCT: A few of the addresses appear to have botched data. Example:

LSC Sales EU-AF (6730)|Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 58308011 Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain

The actual address should be:

IWG Direct, LSC La Campana, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 184, 08038 Barcelona, Spain

To find the right address, I would only take into consideration the country, city, street name. Ignore zipcode. Add the word "Regus," "Spaces" or "IWG" to refine the search. The correct address will turn up in the SERPs.

So for example, the first one on your list:

WARSAW, Metropolitan (667)|UL. Pl. Pilsudskiego 3, Warsaw, Poland

following the methodology above, turns out in the SERPs to be:

Regus WARSAW Metropolitan, Plac Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 3, 00-078 Warszawa, Poland

@KatherineBusby2019: great, thanks! I will add those in once I get a static map that looks decent, but in the mean time please try this interactive one It's zoomable, pan-able, clickable, with the names of the locations as popups when you mouseover the markers, and the addresses when you click on them. I suggest this sort of thing would be a useful addition to your web sites so I hope you will share it with your web site and sales managers. Now let me do a static one.... @KatherineBusby2019: you don't happen to have any interns or such that could do the latitudes and longitudes for these do you? It seems a little overwhelming at the moment. I really want to complete both the maps and you're right, they are easy enough for the most part (but several if not a couple dozen will require detailed scrutiny that I probably can't do on my own) but I don't have that kind of motivation right now. If your management agrees that integrating the interactive map with your sales websites is worth it, I'm sure getting your entire database geocoded would be a part of that. @EllenCT: The corrected addresses are below, split by brand (Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature, Stop & Work etc.). Some are virtual offices, with no physical or Google Location. Others simply had a typo in their address. The rest have not even opened yet! Can you work with this list?

In the meantime, some colleagues have put forward some interesting ideas, wondered what you think?

1. Is it possible to build an interactive timeline, where you can scroll at the bottom and watch our number of centres grow, year after year?

2. Can we filter this map by brand so that if we only wanted to see Spaces locations, we could?

@KatherineBusby2019: 1. Do you mean on the interactive map? Maybe, but it would be a lot of effort. There are other mapping tools you can use to make an animation (like a .gif) if you have the opening dates for each of the locations. That would be so much easier. 2. Yes, [1] shows how to do this (although for some reason they left out the final map at the bottom, which looks like this. 3. Yes, the code just reads the file with the "lat|lon|name|address" format. If you had a process in place to keep the file updated (ideally from your operations database instead of by hand) then you can generate new, up-to-date maps whenever it changes. @KatherineBusby2019:: Aha, I see that https://www.regus.com/offices/united-states does have a "map view" -- I could have sworn it did not when I looked at it last week. Maybe it was down. Well great! That means that somewhere you already do have a geocoded database with only your currently open customer-facing sites. If you can find out where that is, and send them [2] and [3], I am sure they can easily write an upload script to keep both the static and interactive maps up to date on a regular basis.
