sumerian king list measurement of reign

The first king listed says he reigned for 28000 years....if the sumerians use 6 in their mathematical system...then it would make better since that they measured moon cycles instead of sun cycles....if the used moon cycles daily then 30 x 12 is 360 and if you divide that into 28000 you get 78.
