[edit]Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to 2017 ICC Champions Trophy. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 09:46, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for helping me. Please check this if you have a little time to spare. I have toned this version down. I was trying to contribte as the name of the winner was not mentioned in the article. Let me know if this is better or needs improvement and I will post this.
- "The 2017 ICC Champions Trophy final, held on June 18 at The Oval in London, saw Pakistan and India against each other. After being put in to bat, Pakistan posted a total of 338/4, with notalble contributions like century from young opener Fakhar Zaman (114) and contributions from Azhar Ali and Mohammad Hafeez. India, known for their strong batting lineup, were down 33/3. The rest of the lineup folded quickly, with Hardik Pandya's fighting 76 being the only resistance. Pakistan bowled India out for just 158, securing 180-run win and claiming their first-ever Champions Trophy title in a match that remains memorable for the performance displayed by Pakistan in all aspects of the game."
- Please comment here as I would like to post this myself. Thanks again for helping :) Kanwar Faizan (talk) 19:56, 8 October 2024 (UTC)

- Thank you for notifying, I am new here and want your guidance, all I want to do is add winners name in the article. On a positive note identify the mistakes so I don't make them anymore. I have tried writing this again, let me know if this is something I should add:
