Hi, it is not possible to create new accounts on Wikipedia to bypass a block, see Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry. To continue editing you would have to follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Appealing a block and add an unblock request at User talk:Sublinamani. – Thjarkur (talk) 20:51, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
