police unions
[edit]hi KaelaWilbur, and welcome to wikipedia. It's great that your attention was drawn by Police unions in the United States and that you edited the article. It's less great that you accused a previous editor of plagiarism in your edit summary, by saying you'd "reworded a section that had been plagiarism". That previous editor is me. The text in question was four sentences put into an indented, italicized, cited direct quote, relevant to the article, and formatted consistent with the guidance in Wikipedia:Quotations meant to make it obviously distinct from the main text. Using quotations is not plagiarism. I've restored the full quote & left your other changes. All best and happy editing --Lockley (talk) 18:55, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
Peer Review
[edit]Hi! I think the criticism section you added to Baptists in the US was very needed and helpful, as well as your expansions in the history section. The statistics you added were also helpful. I would do a close proofread and edit for grammar and sentence flow. I would consider adding to the criticism section as well as a few of the history subsections that are only a couple sentences long. This would hopefully provide a more comprehensive understanding for a reader. You added a lot of reliable sources but possibly add more in these 2 sections I just mentioned. Overall, I think your contribution was great and very helpful! S.shedore (talk) 02:58, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
