- [In reply to an e-mail sent to me by KTG] Largely, because Sea of Claws is a resource dedicated solely to Man O'War, whereas your site is a generalised gaming site. I note particularly points 1 ("unverified original research") and 11 ("A website that you own or maintain") of "Links to normally avoid" from Wikipedia's external links guideline. Given those, is there a reason you believe your site is in any way more notable than the vast number of reviews of these games out there (noting here that Wikipedia is not a directory of external links). --Pak21 11:30, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
- [Again in response to e-mail] I think the question you need to ask yourself here is, if your site is as good as you claim it to be ("linking the site does us both a favor"), why hasn't somebody linked it already, and why hasn't any other editor supported its inclusion on either Talk:Epic (game) or Talk:Man O'War? As for Wikipedia being inconsistent, of course it is. It's a collaborative work, and different pages have been edited by different people, and there are some links on lots of pages which probably aren't worthy of being there. However, the solution to this problem isn't to add more links of dubious (at best) quality: it's to remove those already existing links. --Pak21 10:55, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
No personal attacks
[edit]With regards to your comments on Talk:Epic (game): Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. --Pak21 11:16, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop. If you continue spamming you will be blocked from editing. Experienced editors on Wikipedia have agreed that your links are not appropriate. Please stop re-adding them. --Pak21 12:58, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
