Airports in MI upper peninsula
I updated the airport facts to 2015 values, from the full 'Airports in Michigan' list, but did not move ESC and IMT, can you move those two airports to PR from CS rows. Thx AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:01, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

List of Game Engines page change undone
I don't even really know if I am doing this talk page thing right, but on the game engine list page you undid the change I made to GameMaker: Studio which was the primary programming language. The primary programming language of GameMaker: Studio is the Game Maker Language, or GML. If I am still wrong somehow I would like to know. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:543:4201:EEC4:BD30:97F:878A:FC80 (talk) 02:34, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
- I am going to take a look and get back to you as soon as I can --KDTW Flyer (talk) 02:39, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for your question, I took a look at the GameMaker: Studio program as well as the edit history of your IP adress and it looks clean so I belive your statement that GML is the primary programing lanuage of GMS. I will take care of getting your edit back online. Sorry about all the trouble, I saw GML and I thought you were refering to the program it's self. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thanks, KDTW Flyer (talk) 02:57, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
RHI
a bit outside of Wiki ..when one Googles airports in WI you get photos of the various airports which are not always great. Rhi shows a fire test, rather than the past utilized front entrance shot? Also, within the 4-5 photos the one is not RHI but from a game with construction in the background, one with a SkyHawk at another airport and the Frontier ticket counter from 15-20 years ago. Can you post more recent shots, perhaps from the web sites www.fly-rhi.org or airnav.com Anything is better than the fire training shot lol AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 22:44, 15 February 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for expressing your concerns, I took a look at Rhinelander's Google photos area and I saw the same stuff you described. The one in the video game was technically taken by me (don't worry I'm not offended by your description of said photo), I used to play around with the airports in X-Plane 10 and try and make them look more realistic; then I would post screenshots of my work to this one website. Somehow that picture made its way on Google and I wish it would go away like you. Here's the problem with Google, that image of the fire trainer is chosen to be featured automatically by Google computers, so there really is not much I can do about that unless a better picture is uploaded than the computers might re-pick the featured picture. I have a small amount of admin privileges for Google so I can possibly file a claim that those pictures are irrelevant to the business and see what happens about removing them. Uploading new pictures is unpredictable at this point because of copyright laws: pictures from the airport website and Airnav might be difficult to get to use; I got into some trouble here on Wikipedia for uploading copyrighted pictures for use in articles a few years ago. Anyways, I will see what I can do about the images on Google. Thank you and happy editing, KDTW Flyer (talk) 01:06, 16 February 2017 (UTC)

ATW
Editing friend, ATW now only has seasonal Delta service to Detroit, thought you might feel 'ownership' of ATW page, so you should be the one to update it. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 14:37, 12 February 2017 (UTC) Still beats GRB, lol AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 14:39, 12 February 2017 (UTC)
- Thank You for letting me know about the switch to seasonal, it's a bit hard to judge whether a destination is seasonal or not at this airport because they change the schedule so much. I really don't understand where GRB gets all their passenger from; I heard from a coworker that the airport is pretty quiet during this time of year, while its passengers like crazy at ATW. Sorry if my last sentence seemed rude or disrespectful in any way and have a nice day, KDTW Flyer (talk) 15:09, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

Peter Pocklington biography
Hello!
I see you have removed the changes I made to this article. I'm disappointed. First, I am a referenced source for much of the original biography, wrote much of the original material myself, and I'm an account holder of some duration. (I couldn't remember my original username or password though, so I had to create a new account.) Second, the material I was providing was an update for outdated material, and I provided the appropriate third-party source material (court documents, news stories from the Toronto Sun and Global TV). Third, I tried to lend some balance with a surgical edit that was not weighted one way or the other. So, how do we get the material I provided restored to the site? -- Terry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Terrymcconnell (talk • contribs) 23:47, 24 February 2017 (UTC) Terrymcconnell (talk) 00:00, 25 February 2017 (UTC) Terry McConnell, February 24, 2017 4:00 PM PST
- Thank you for your message, I will get back to you in a few moments, KDTW Flyer (talk) 00:02, 25 February 2017 (UTC)
- @Terrymcconnell: Thank You for your message and welcome back to Wikipedia. Sorry about your edits being reverted; the reason behind the action I took was because you did not leave an edit summary to explain why you removed all that stuff. I will restore the article Peter Pocklington back to your edit for you, don't worry your edit was marked as Good Faith so you aren't in any trouble. For the future, if you do any major removal of content like the edit in question again, just make sure you leave an edit summary to explain your changes; you don't even need to go into large detail, this will help to make sure this doesn't happen again. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I am always happy to answer questions for new users. Have an awesome evening, KDTW Flyer (talk) 00:15, 25 February 2017 (UTC)

Peter Pocklington biography
I want to go back into the bio to make a few more edits I overlooked last week. One is in the "known for" text box on the right side, a reference to a "felony perjury conviction" that is inaccurate and disparaging in the extreme. The other is in the Exoneration and Reversal of Prison sentence subhead. There are additional details that were included in the sources (#2) but that I failed to mention in the text. Thank you. Lake Oswego High School
You recently removed my addition of a section on scandals at Lake Oswego High School. You claimed that "its depth or nature of detail are not consistent with our objectives as an encyclopedia." I put them back on the page because it seems important to present all the facts about the school. I'd love a more specific explanation of why they were removed. Judge Mathis - AND Syndicated Productions, Inc.
Hello! I received your message about the edits I made to Judge Mathis' page. I was attempting to correct a small error in the name of the production company AND Syndicated Productions, Inc. If you'll be so kind as to review the screenshot (here: http://imgur.com/a/uRBOc) of the show's current end credits, you will see the name of the production company is, indeed, AND Syndicated Productions, Inc. Thanks! Racheldkane84 (talk) 19:13, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
- @Racheldkane84: thank you for notifying me of this. I took a look at your picture. I reverted your edits because of your use of all capitals for the word "and", you also did not leave any indication for why you removed "Dawn Syndicated Productions" to the companies list. I will make your edit live again because you came here and talked to me in a nicer tone. I will believe you on the "Dawn Syndicated Productions" part, for future reference, it would be helpful if you added an Edit summary to accompany your edits; I only has to be brief. This will cut down your chances of this happening again in the future. Once again, I will make your edit live again and sent you a welcome message, which is standard for all our new users. If you have any questions or need any assistance please feel free to ask, I am always willing to help out users. Have a nice evening and welcome to Wikipedia!, KDTW Flyer (talk) 00:07, 8 March 2017 (UTC)
Thanks so much! Just a small note - I am seeing that AND Syndicated Productions is still missing the "AND" in the second paragraph of the entry. Would you mind terribly editing there as well? It's a confusing name, to be sure. I appreciate your time and thank you for the welcome! Racheldkane84 (talk) 00:26, 8 March 2017 (UTC)
That page need enforcement, there is an edit war going for a few days there. Can you help? 5.144.49.139 (talk) 13:53, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
- @5.144.49.139: To tell you the truth, I think the best thing to do right now is open a discussion on the articles talk page and try and reach consensus. If the situation was bad enough, or if a user is refusing to do the talk page deal; I could apply to get temporary protection put on for a few days. The only thing is that this would most likely ban you during this period. As I said I would try the talk page deal first and then see where it goes from there. Have a nice day, --KDTW Flyer (talk) 14:05, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
ATW - ORD with American
KDTW Flyer, just left a meeting where summer service to ATW by American was mentioned .. did you know it was coming? AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 19:05, 10 March 2017 (UTC) My edit to ATW was clumsy, so I will let the local ATW expert update the news. This might put you ahead of GRB for annual enplanements .. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 19:55, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
- @AirOpsExecnPlt: Sorry for the late reply, its been a busy day at work, It's all over the news that on July 5th service will start; even thought I bet GRB is going to get something out of this.. I know that about a year and a half ago the people down at ATW said over twitter that they had representatives heading down to talk to 5 different airlines to discuss possible service. Which regional carrier is actually flying the upcoming American Eagle flights? AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 19:24, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
- @AirOpsExecnPlt: I'm guessing that it will be Envoy, they do most of Green Bay's flights. KDTW Flyer (talk) 21:30, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
It might be SkyWest which operates all service at EAU/RHI/LSE and just took over both the United Express and American Eagle ops at CWA ...? AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 16:49, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
- It could be Skywest ATW, I should be able to find out tommorow; I hope. KDTW Flyer (talk) 20:08, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
Envoy Air .... you win. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 03:47, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

CWA
Updated Dec RITA stats as normal, after you added Carrier stats to CWA, the 'Total Passengers' data field you added does not show in the article .... AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 15:53, 16 March 2017 (UTC)
you might want to add that to the info box, as standard on many other commercial airport articles, instead of the pass stats area AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 15:58, 16 March 2017 (UTC)
- I'll take a look during my break, thanks letting me know, KDTW Flyer (talk) 16:19, 16 March 2017 (UTC)
KSAW
How about your famed carrier stats chart for KSAW? Lets not include 'other' unless the value is more than many individual airline totals, more work updating each month. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 20:09, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- I will add one on there, the massive amount of work to update is why I'm trying to keep carrier shares to airports in Wisconsin and a few in neighboring states. --KDTW Flyer (talk) 00:39, 20 March 2017 (UTC)

Good job
You started a new article for the Shiocton Airport and you actually added my image! I upload images such as this one expecting that whoever starts the article (in the future) will look at Commons for one. I watch new article lists and almost always have to add it myself because few people check. It's not unusual for someone to even put up a photo request. Good job of being on the ball! Thank you and cheers Royalbroil 13:45, 22 April 2017 (UTC)
- @Royalbroil: Thank you for providing the image, it definitely brings up the quality of the article. KDTW Flyer (talk) 15:26, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
American Eagle (airline brand) page
So, how are your skills with charts? ExpressJet is adding CRJ-700 aircraft for American Eagle service, as also recently noted on the ExpressJet page by another editor, but the American Eagle article needs a chart row for the CRJ-700 data .. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 16:07, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
- I am out of town at this time with only my mobile device so it will be a bit difficult, I will try though. I will be back home tommorow so I can do it then if my mobile proves to be to difficult. KDTW Flyer (talk) 16:24, 30 March 2017 (UTC)

SkyWest chart border
Can you fix the chart border some editor changed? Is that just another vertical line row, missing? Thx. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 14:28, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
While you are fixing challenges, on the 'Delta Connection' page, the data for ExpressJet CRJ-700 needs two sub rows like that of SkyWest. Instead of 36 aircraft as stated, it is actually 28/0/9/16/44/69. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 21:35, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
- @AirOpsExecnPlt: I will take a look at both the pages KDTW Flyer (talk) 21:41, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
Looks much better, the 'ExpressJet' page could use the 2 -700 seat layouts as you did for the Delta Connection page. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 22:51, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
The SkyWest page needs another partial row - CRJ-200 is -/4/46 for United only, for the SkyWest row just below it returns to the -/-/50 which is common to other carriers. Thanks in advance. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:48, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
Okay, thanks for asking I will add this to my schedule for tonight. KDTW Flyer (talk) 23:00, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
Thanks. As the chart guru ..you can delete the blank row for ERJ-145 of ExpressJet within the American Eagle (airline brand) page. Btw, RITA numbers for Jan. should come out soon and the ATW/GRB departures should be almost a tie. regards AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 15:50, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
- I hope they are tied or at least get closer, I'm getting nervous though, yesterday GRB announced they had signed an agreement with the Packers to use to use the Packers brand in airport branding. Anyways I will make sure that the blank row gets deleted, KDTW Flyer (talk) 16:52, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
On vacation .. but you can clean up blank rows within Delta Connection, thanks AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 21:13, 8 May 2017 (UTC) Also, the SkyWest page row for -700 Delta Connection which reads 9/12/44/65 and the ExpressJet page row for Delta Connection 9/8/48/65. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 21:36, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
- I will check out the Delta Connection, ExpressJet, and Skywest pages. Enjoy your trip! --KDTW Flyer (talk) 21:57, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
Back from vacation, passed near Appleton airspace, still working the ExpresJet / SkyWest -700 rows? AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 14:23, 16 May 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for reminding me! Sorry about that it's been very busy at work lately. I will try and get those done tonight. KDTW Flyer (talk) 22:31, 16 May 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for your message!
regarding airport flags my stance on them is for small airports with one to three destinations they should be there no matter how un-notable they should be included. it is a matter of convenience to know the state that the airport is in. Nonetheless thank you for your message and the clarification! If you have other things to add please message me. Thank you. Jkd4855 (talk) 19:28, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
Working in and around the FAA teaches one thing ... pick your battles from those that matter. I would mentor any editor to update quality facts first and flags or non-facts way down the road. Yes, I stated flags do inform and add direct benefit to small airport data pages which have few departure destinations, but, I will lean toward good FAA data for runways, passenger ops, and based aircraft. Thanks, airports build cities, once a city builds an airport. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 16:28, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

Kimt airport / yssy guy
Could you restrict the youthful and under educated changes by YSSYguy within KIMT airport. His lack of aviation knowledge is detracting from both the quality and formats we have spent much time developing, thanks. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:33, 18 June 2017 (UTC) Wow, after viewing his contribs, he sure like to be involved in edit wars ...sad. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:41, 18 June 2017 (UTC)
- No offense to him but yes he does tend to argue quite a bit. Anyways the format used on every single of the 5,000 airport articles that list based aircraft is fine. I'd understand if there were no jets based at the airport but at IMT where there is at least one jet based then there should be no problem for the reader to understand that single/multi-engine means prop and jet means jet. --KDTW Flyer (talk) 19:40, 18 June 2017 (UTC)
The actual point is that turbo-props, which are turbines not recip prop engines, fall into the single or twin FAA data. Caravans or King Airs do not fall into the jet data point. AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:32, 20 June 2017 (UTC)

There is no conflict
You wrote: I'm a bit concerned about this edit summary "We added our flight training business to the Tenant section of the article. Heritage Flight Academy is a tenant of MacArthur Airport and a FAA approved flight-training facility. We have been on the field and teaching the public to fly for 12 years." It shows me that you have a personal connection to the flight school that you wrote about. KDTW Flyer (talk) 15:59, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
Every word, edit, addition, citation, reference, link and media posted are 100% factual and verifiable from multiple public sources. These sources include the airport entity itself, the Town Of Islip, the FAA, the subtenant relationship with the town, etc. What is the conflict?
Thank you.

- @Steve42467: Hello and Welcome to Wikipedia!
- I see that you're asking about a conflict in the article Long Island MacArthur Airport. See when you say “We added” in an edit summary, it tells me that you're from the company/organization you're writing about. In Wikipedia, this means that you have a conflict of interest. Technically you are not supposed to make edits to articles and sections of articles that mention that company that you work for because that is considered to be promotional, as you may realize having your company mentioned in Wikipedia is a great way to get your company known to the public. I don’t think your intention of adding your company to the list was to advertise though, you just realized that your flight school was missing from the list so you added it and I want to thank you for adding it. I do apologize if the warning on your talk page confused you, the warning I sent you is meant for serious situations where companies are paying people to write about their company. There is no warning meant for minor cases like yours where you voluntary write about you company of emplyment; I will actually remove the warning because of how minor the situation is.
- Once again welcome to Wikipedia, If you have any questions for me about Wikipedia, please don't hesitate to ask me, I am always happy to answer any questions for help I get from any user. Have an awesome day, KDTW Flyer (talk) 03:23, 6 July 2017 (UTC)

Sourcing of Routes
In the future, put citation needed tags next to start/end dates you are challenging instead of just removing them. In your revert you were making assumptions about what DL was doing without a source. At least the timetables showed the route ending, which is a valid source. Thanks! Stinger20 (talk) 00:52, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- I as with many other editors used to put citation needed tags next to uncited claims of beginning or ending routes but with all the controversy over whether or not the destination tables follow certain guidelines, the general action taken by most editors today is just to remove the claim of beginning or ending altogether. You also mentioned something about timetables; yes I do see them as valid sources for active routes and beginning routes. But in this case, when a route is ending I personally would want to see another source to confirm it because you never know if it is only a short term break in service for a few weeks or if it is a permanent ending of the route. --KDTW Flyer (talk) 01:58, 27 July 2017 (UTC)

DaVita talk
Hello KDTW Flyer, I see you reverted a deletion on the DaVita article recently. Another editor (Nouil) came along and deleted the same section, and then undid my revert. I have had an extensive discussion with the editor (discussion here) as they have made similar deletions on a number of other articles. However, I do not believe that talk was very productive. I am now trying another tack and am beginning discussions on the talk pages for DaVita and the other blanked pages to find a consensus for inclusion/exclusion. If you are interested, I would appreciate another editor giving their thoughts. Best. Dbsseven (talk) 01:09, 10 August 2017 (UTC)

Endeavor Air fleet chart
KDTW Flyer, can you update the Endeavor Air fleet chart to include Delta Comfort seats? The current limited chart has columns for F/E/Total seats, and since Delta calls their extra legroom/recline seats Delta Comfort not Economy +, better headers would be F/Y+/Y/Total. Glad to fill in the Y+ seat data from the Delta Connection page stats. Enjoy Wisconsin! AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 18:23, 18 August 2017 (UTC)

Have you changed names?? AirOpsExecnPlt (talk) 02:07, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
- Yes and no, I will still use this name for most of my work because this name/account has all my edit data in it and I'd like to keep building onto that so I can keep expanding onto my qualifications. I still haven't decided what I want to do with the KATW Flyer account yet, I may use it for smaller edits here and there just to show my ATW pride :). I might also use to play about some more with coding Wikipedia.--KDTW Flyer (talk) 02:50, 22 September 2017 (UTC)

Dallas Fort Worth Intl Airport Article Land Mass
Hello. You recently reverted an edit on Dane County Regional Airport(on 10/29 at 18:00) to the correct hectares and I thank you for that. Go to the DFW wiki page where it states the area of the airport. It says it is 18,076.297 acres(7,318 hectares or 29.8 square miles). I tried editing this recently but was reverted back within the hour. This is incorrect. DFW has an area of 17,207 acres(6,963 hectares or 26.9 square miles) of real property. Sources:DFW Fast Facts, Airport IQ 5010, DFW Airport Skyvector, and Airport-data.com to verify this data. As recently as 2014 this data was on the page.I appreciate it and thank you for your time. Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport
So I was wondering if you could add a destinations map to Austin Straubel Airport Wikipedia, I know they don't have many destinations but it would be great if you can! Thanks! Just let me know when you have it done. If there's anything small that can be fixed too on the page would be wonderful! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Disneynutty1398 (talk • contribs) 20:56, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
- @Disneynutty1398: I have posted the map. I thought that your "Concourses" section was pretty well done. I made a few small corrections to the article. When you were saying the name you were leaving a space between Bay and Austin. I know that the airport is branded with the space between the 2 words, but I have replaced the space with a dash as that's how the article is titled; It just makes the article look neater. One other change I made was to remove the charter airlines from the table. I did this because the table is meant to show the airlines that follow a regular daily schedule. Charter services obviously don't follow the same schedule daily and should not be included in the table. I have however made a section below the table and noted that Swift and Sun Country operate charter services from the airport.
If you ever need any help in the future, please let me know, I am always willing to provide assistance to fellow Wikipedians. Have an awesome evening, KDTW Flyer (talk) 00:20, 2 November 2017 (UTC)

Re; Antonio Won Pat Intl Airport
Good evening. On November 12,2017, I added (Today the airport covers 1,657 acres (671 ha) of land and has 2 parallel runways.) It was deleted because it wasn't sourced. Use Reference#1 (FAA Airport Master Record for GUM,Form 5010). Put as a stand alone sentence at the bottom of Facilities section, where the reverting editor wants the addition, but source it. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
