- OK, Under the provisions of Election Law of the National People's Congress and Local People's Congress of the People 's Republic of China,Representatives can mark any unsatisfactory candidates off and make the selected number of members less than the number of candidates, which shall be deemed to be valid.
- It means that Each voter may "approve" of (i.e., select) any number of candidates. The winner is the most-approved candidate.So we could say, it like Approval voting.
